Vanilla Microsoft?  Absolutely.  Just plain direct attacks on the "evil empire" itself.  My Product Bashing page has a few of my personal stabs at Microsoft products and Weird URLs has a few examples of sites that come awfully close to Windows sites, but the following sites are so much more.  I've picked these sites for their direct mocking of the Microsoft home page layout:
